How much does this cost?
Project-based pricing — a fixed number for a defined deliverable. Not hourly, not a retainer. The intake form and initial call are where we scope that together.
What CRM do I need?
Most engagements build on your current setup. If you don't have a CRM or need to rethink your structure, we'll define the right approach together.
Do I need specific tools or AI software to work with you?
No. Most builds start with what you already have. If something new is needed, I'll recommend the right tools based on your setup and what we're building. You'll own the accounts, and I'll build directly inside your environment. That means everything stays with you — access, data, and workflows — even after the engagement ends.
I already have a marketer on my team. Will this replace them?
No. It gives them infrastructure to operate. The system becomes the foundation they run — not a replacement, a force multiplier.
How do I know which service I need?
Most founders describe the problem clearly in the form, and the right starting point becomes obvious quickly. You don't need to arrive with the answer.
What if my problem doesn't fit the three services?
There are also standalone builds — competitive monitoring, brand auditing, content pipelines, SEO rebuilds — for gaps outside of pipeline. If it's something else entirely, the first conversation surfaces that.
Do you work with companies outside North America?
Currently focused on Canada and the US. Remote-first, so geography isn't a constraint within that range.
What happens after the engagement ends?
You own the system. Documentation and enablement are built into every handoff. Optional follow-up scope is always available — but the system runs without Empact.
