I’m Alexandra Franco, founder of Empact (Empower + Impact). I’ve spent close to two decades helping B2B companies grow through smarter marketing systems, demand generation, brand strategy, and go-to-market execution.

The work has always been the same at its core: understand the right buyers, organize the context that matters, and build systems that help teams see what deserves attention and act with better information.

What’s changed is the tooling.

With today’s automation and AI, focused systems can now be built faster, lighter, and with more leverage than before. But most growing businesses do not need another disconnected tool or a generic AI strategy. They need someone who can apply experienced marketing judgment, shape the right workflow, and make it usable for the team already doing the work.

Empact is a project-based implementation partner, not a traditional agency, a fractional CMO, or a consultant handing over a deck.

We come in, understand the actual problem, build the right workflow or system, and hand it off for your team to use. You own it. You operate it. We’re available if you ever need more, but you won’t be dependent on Empact to keep it running.
